What you will be doing:
As a Lead PHP Developer, you will be working on multiple PHP Laravel projects for our clients with your team. Each lead has a small team of 3-4 developers where teamwork and collaboration is encouraged. We aim to ensure that the tasks and clients assigned to your team best suits them and encourages advancement and personal career growth.
Who we are looking for:
Talented Lead Developers with the majority of their experience in PHP. Experience with the Laravel Framework is an important asset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example is a must.
More specifically, if you have the following experience then this position is for you;
- 5-10 years experience working with PHP
- Previous agency work or experience working directly with clients is a strong asset
- Previous lead experience or experience managing teams is a plus
- Ecommerce experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English or French is needed
Our office is a home away from home. Our location in Downtown Montreal and is easily accessible by Metro, Bixi or Lime scooters. Work hours are flexible and we have superior health & dental insurance.
